# Token Utilities

The native digital secured fungible token of League Of Ancients (ticker symbol **$LOA**) is a exchangeable representation of various utility functions specified in League of Ancient's protocol, and is designed as an interoperable utility token on the LOA ecosystem.

The BEP-20 utility token of League Of Ancients. The token that binds all stakeholders, in the Ancient Realm. Main $LOA Tokens utilities are shown below, but not limited to:

### 1. NFT MARKETPLACE CURRENCY

Used as **medium of exchange**, which provides a convenient and secure mode of payment and settlement between participants who engage within the LOA Ecosystem.

Put your $LOA Tokens to work by **staking them in our lending protocol** and **earn more tokens** by using the proof-of-stake model. 

### 3. IN-GAME & MARKETPLACE PAYMENTS

The native currency provides a **mode of payment for participants** to obtain new heroes NFT Skins, making in-game purchases and marketplace features such as Trading, Unlocking Capsules, Listing & Fusion.

### 4. PARTICIPATION

Allow $LOA Token Holders to **participate in a variety of events**, such as LOA Raffle Events, eSports tournaments & betting and exclusive in-game events.
