What Inspired League of Ancients?

Before a great project comes to fruition, great inspiration must precede it. When deciding on what to call our passionate project, we had at least 100 ideas. At first, we couldn’t decide. However, our whole team consisted of MOBA players and if we were going to make MOBA history, it only made sense to come up with a name and image which encompassed the feel of the great games that inspired us. League of Ancients was the name we chose. It encapsulated the essence of our inspirations while maintaining a new, yet familiar identity of its own. The logo itself was designed to capture the feel of all of the world’s best MOBA games into one perfect package.

Dark Metal Frame - Resemblance to a battle arena, where players come together to battle.

Diamond - Resemblance of our $LOA token which fuels the project and game development for long-term sustainability and growth.

Font Style - We used a font that brings a medieval, mystical and magical universe feel. The font was originally inspired by Lord of the Rings, but it’s a well recognized choice for use with medieval/magic themes.

Blue Flame - Blue flame burns the hottest. So does our ambition to grow League of Ancients into the biggest MOBA game in the world.
